Robb Williams
Director of Operational Improvement
Robb joined Corporate Storage in 2022.
Robb serves as the Director of Operational Improvement. This role includes development, implementation, and oversight of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to SQF, OSHA, and company quality and safety standards. He is a leader of the ongoing Continuous Improvement strategies along with establishing and monitoring the KPI’s of the company.
Robb has a Bachelor of Science degree (Chemistry/Biology) from Tennessee Wesleyan University. He has a production and warehouse background including 25 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry.
Robb previously held various management positions with Dean Foods and Lathem Family Farms in east Tennessee and northeast Georgia.
He has been trained in SQF, HACCP, FSMA, Lean Six Sigma, OSHA Safety, and Continuous Improvement Methods.
Rod Allen
Director of Operations Georgia
Rod joined Corporate Storage in 2021.
Rod serves as Operations Manager coordinating the daily operation activities for warehouse logistics, customer service, cost management, staffing and special projects.
With a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia, Rod has 28 years of warehousing experience including 20 years of supervisory and management experience in the food and beverage industry.
Rod previously held warehouse management positions with Dean Foods and Almark Foods in northeast Georgia.
In addition to training in HACCP, WMS and PFR Scheduling, Rod has extensive knowledge and experience with 3rd party auditing and project management.
